Unibet is listed under my pokerrooms now.

It says confirmed rooms-2 and then lists my 4 rooms. I suppose sooner or later they will be confirmed, what ever that denotes.

- Player rakes on account
- Room sends us report with player rake stats
- We upload and players screen name shows as confirmed along with rake stats

Again, you are complaining about something which you do not understand. It is not a case of someone simply cannot be bothered to confirm your screen name. You also stated that you played freerolls to begin with, this will only have delayed the process further because there would have been no rake stats.

We have the largest rake race, the best deals and are constantly running promotions like OnlinePokerLeague and the free bankrolls in which we give away thousands of $s. We did not plan to start the free bankrolls promotion on the day you deposited 25 euros on Unibet, contrary to your belief.

Got to say that the fact it stated 10 pounds free and not dollars, should have got you thinking. The bullet point that even states the £10 free has an information sign beside it, which would have told you clearly you were not eligible too.

Compare this level of detail vs. other affiliates - I have gone to a couple of websites now using a Canadian IP, and all of them show £10 free with no extra warning or information.

Have you never seen an offer before that had small print or terms and conditions?

Personally, I think you are just trying to bully your way into getting extra money. It's not about the money, it's the fact you are not owed this money at all. Why do you not complain to 888 that you do not get £88 free whilst in Canada, but many sites advertise it to you? In fact, the £10 free is not £10 in your pocket that you can withdraw either - It comes in the form of cash game tokens and has terms associated with it, so judging by how you have reacted to this, you probably wouldn't have been best pleased by it anyway.

I just don't understand how you get around online in 2016 with this kind of attitude. There cannot be a company in the entire world you are prepared to do business with if this is how you react to something like this.

The screename tracking issue also demonstrates how you are tricky to deal with. It is explained in an FAQ, Keri attempted to tell you it wasn't an error either and you could have just checked your My Account area.

Instead you raise hell, insist it's our error and the consequence is that a developer ends up spending 30 minutes looking into your account, confirming and then double confirming that in fact you had already added your own screename. Despite you being told this in the first place, you still come back and somehow blame us for it.
