Villian is reg. BTN open 65% and cbet 72%.

Plan is to c/r bluff to get rid of some better hands like naked OP and some weakish hands that has good EQ vs our hand.

Pick up a good turn and make a standard VB.

The river is really interesting. What is your prefered line on the river?

Not a PLO player, but I'm interested in what range you would expect a standard villain to call your flop check raise on a texture with no draws? Without knowing that I can't think what I would want to do on the river.

Possible hands for him to call the flop with: OP with GS, OP with double backdoor, OP with Jx, Jx like QJT9.

There is the wrap there with T98 and he can call with hands like 7T9x for example.
