I'd go and make it 30bb to get calls from 7x and PP. Don't like shoving as I think that range folds. Good chance they have air anyway and fold to whatever we do imo.

However, you did say they bet 20x pot and very splashy, I would go ahead and jam for the sake of it as it sounds like they will call with some hands. Against a less fishy player and reg I'd do what I've said above. We can either win an extra 20bb or risk shoving and take another 100b+, I'd take the risk against this player type.

Raising the turn looks mandatory being so deep with a fish,though I suppose it's still going to be tough to get the money in. I like Harvie's suggestion of about 30bb.

On the river I would jam without hesitation. Fish just can't bring themselves to fold a full house. You have to raise anyway and he either has a boat or air which can't call so go for it.

45bb creates a close to pot raise. He might think you are bluffing though when you call turn a thinking player will be aware you have something. I would prefer to either go small to get paid or go big to sometimes get paid a lot. I think a modest raise loses value. If they are likely folding small is better, if they are likely calling big is better. In the middle I feel yields a lower rate of return.

Potentially for long term vs this player, big is better, as you will set up a dynamic where against him you can start using pot sized river bets and raises, and if you are relatively nutted most of the time he will start calling and paying you off.

I like the way you played the hand though depending on how much info I had on this player I might put in a raise on the turn if he's loose enough.

As for the river, on such a lockdown board I'd just jam it. Villain's range should be fairly inelastic because even at the lowest level of thinking he/she has to know that you're polarized ('either he hast the K or he hasn't!').

If you're going to be betting flop liberally (ie bluffing a ton) then I prefer a smaller bet like 1/2 pot that I would use with my entire range.

Turn I guess is villain dependent but I'd usually go for a call on this dry of a texture. It's really hard for him to have a hand that continues vs a raise unless he's super loose since there aren't really any draws out there. I don't expect many players to lead/call a 7x and if he has bluffs it's better to let him keep bluffing since he's drawing dead.

River what a nice problem to have! I'd go with 30-40bb sizing. Since 7x is far from the 2nd nuts I think villain could still find a fold if you jam. If the board was AxKKK then I love a jam since any Ax is so close to the nuts nobody will fold it.

In theory should go for like 40bb raise. This is assuming villain's range tightens optimally as a function of our sizing.

But....it probably doesn't. Zeebos theorem etc. I would just ship river and go to vegas.
