My default would be to bet/fold the river. I expect all two pairs and sets to call and only to be raised by a flush. Expect a lot of their range to call that we beat.

Given the stakes I'm always a fan of going thin when value betting and even though river is kinda horrible I still think firing a bet is +EV vs. the vast majority of NL2 population.

I am always betting again here, people are terrible and will often call with all sorts of worse hands. Obviously we are not expecting to see QQ here ever given how the action has gone but he will have a ton of worse straights/two pairs etc that can play this way that I would expect to call another bet quite often. I don't expect to get raised here as a bluff ever.

I would be making it about 20c on the river to try and get a crying call from two pair or a slowplayed set. If you get raised then you're chopping at best and can fold.

I understand your fear here is that you might get bluff raised and then worry about folding the best hand, but microstakes players in general don't bluff showdown value, and it's tough for him to get to the river without at least a pair.

Value-bet river smallish and fold to a raise. I doubt you are giving up that much EV with a river check, but maxEV is likely to value-bet river even though the river kinda sucks.
