So I was wondering what peoples thoughts were regarding this hand, my initial reaction when reviewing the hand is to fold on the flop with only a flush draw?
But having called I have so many outs going to the river is it an automatic call to villains bet or would it be to play this more aggressively and maybe shove turn?

I think calling turn is fine , shoving wouldn't be a mistake either i don't think. Youll have fold equity and if he has an over pair that calls you still have 33% equity.. Folding the flop is out of the question with the fd , its one of the best flops you can hope for so you have to peel at'least the flop and see the turn action.
