Folding to the river shove, never expecting to see AJ or worse over jam, pretty much always AK or a FH.

To me this is a pretty standard fold on the river, flop and turn are fine.

I think small aces would have slowed down / pot controlled the turn, but tbh - lots of players would shove with AJ on those limits hence I may be inclined to call. However, I think leading the river may be a in-the-middle solution. You'll get called by worse hands and raised by better, making the decision a lot easier.

river i think you can hero fold. Your percieved range is something like AT-AQ,77,88 and some missed draws. Not expecting any on these limits to try and run you off trip Aces. His value range could be AK,77,88 A8,A7,A4 so we would need to see him jam quite many FD's to make this call profitable.

And you are not at the top of your range either so think its fine to fold.

Calling pre is fine though the worse the second caller is the more I'd be inclined to squeeze. As for the post flop, I think river is a fold. Villain has the range advantage and it's not like he has many different busted draws here etc.

I don't think there's any need for disguising your hand in this way. Calling rather than squeezing is just missing out on value, costing you money and slowing down your progress to higher stakes. You could argue you want to experiment before moving up, but players at each stake level react differently anyway, so you're back to square one when you move up.

As played the river looks like a simple fold. Micro players won't be doing this with AJ as a general rule.
