Same comment as in the other thread. You should only be 4betting value hands if you're happy to get them in pre flop.

Ask yourself "Do I want to call a shove with QQ?" If the answer is no, flat the 3bet.

If we 4bet fold QQ we're turning the 3rd best starting hand into a bluff which is a massive mistake.

This is the third similar hand with QQ for you. I think the best course of action which will help you enormously is that you spend a few afternoons doing EV calculations for preflop stack off situations. There's a lot of examples floating around the internet showing you exactly what is profitable and what is not.

Have a play around with Equilab to work out how to tackle players who will only stack off KK+, QQ+ AK, and a few wider ranges. You will find where you are missing value and leaking money pre flop this way.

100bb this is not a close spot to fold imo, unless you have proven stats ( decent number of hand samples).
When you 4 bet make it from 2.2x- 2.5x, when you raise so little you are giving him odds to flat in pos with his bluffs ( for example, A5s).
