Looks like a fold to me at these stakes even though their line looks a little FOS. Don't think we have enough equity to call and could lose to some of their bluffs (pocket pairs). I'd also not be surprised if they turned over a random Tx hand here.

We are ahead of their draws (KJ/AJ) but we block a few of them against their entire range though it's prob a fold here.

This thinking might sound reductive, but you don't beat NL5 by playing a guessing game vs. aggressive action of highly volatile players (not to mention the anon table setting), but by making them guess wrong with the loose ranges they like so much. To put it simply, unless you have a lot of solid info I wouldn't recommend you to start calling in this kinds of spots.
