5NL - 88 (OOP vs. ISO)

Anon. Interesting spot here vs. short stack who ISO's a limper and we're OOP.

1. Is this normally a fold in this spot when he's 50BB?
2. If he was 100BB deep, should we call here?

raise to 0.70 and call all in form short stack and fold against limp
