I like two streets here against a half stack, they are calling with any Ax and diamond draw. River I think I'd be b/f small to get called from that range as I expect all better to raise. I also don't want to check river and they shove and we don't know where we are.

looks good to me. We want to bet two streets for value and hard to get called by worse on the river. When he bets that small i think we can get call bc we get so good odds.

Bet much bigger vs these player types with this part of our range.

He's unlikely to be a good player due to his stack size and when I flop TPTK vs this player type with a flop SPR of around 5, I'm just looking to play for all the chips.

I would bet the full pot, or close to full pot on the flop and again on the turn. There is no reason to bet small with our good made hands in anonymous games against players that are probably not particularly good.

As played, I would jam the river but I'd much rather play it for bigger bets on the earlier streets and commit myself to my hand.
