As played for such good odds I think I would call. I've seen this line many times with a pair smaller than a ten or even Tx no kicker. villain was also a limper which makes me want to call even more.

On the flop though I much prefer raising his donk bet. Don't let him get away with such small bet sizes and take the initiative away from you. Limpers are passive in general and that makes it unlikely he will come back over the top the majority of the time.

Raise flop. Bet a good size on the turn and check behind on the river, or make a small value bet around 1/3 pot. Bad players never like to give you credit for hitting overcards on the turn and river, so there will be some value.
