Played it fine, the river is a great card for us as it reduces their Ax combos. I'd be calling too for that size, might be folding if they make it $1~. I'd also bet the flop bigger than 50%, around 26cents is good to get max value.

I like your line very much. I don't think it's even that thin, especially once the ace shows up on the river. The only thing I'd change is the flop sizing, you're bleeding value by going to low.

Flop: We can definitely go larger here with the intention of building a pot as big as possible by the river.

Turn: The ace sucks, not because I expect him to have an A overly often, but it will make it a lot tougher to get two more streets of value. My preference here is to check turn back and go for one more street of value on the river as I would expect to fold out too many hands that we want to keep in by betting here. - Note: I don't think betting here is bad necessarily, and I would expect it to be +EV, I would believe that it would be higher EV to check it back and go for one more street on the river though.

River: As played, never folding here.

Definitely need to bet bigger on the flop, you're just missing value for no reason.

I like the turn barrel as the ace is a typical bluff card so I don't expect draws or Tx to fold.

Once he leads the river for that size it's tough to fold. He shouldn't have a great number of Ax combos which float that board, and if he filled up on the river with Ax then I would expect him to bet much bigger anyway.

Bet sizing sucks here. This guy is a fish. Bomb the flop, and in most cases the turn also, but we obviously have to be careful on an Ace.

Anyway, you correct continued with the value-betting on the turn, and the river call is likely correct also. Both folding and raising would usually be lower EV.
