Preflop: Surprised?

Flop: Could have made this more like 0.75 I think.

Turn: Just noticed this definitely needed to be bigger, I thought I had bet 18 but whatever, maybe PT4 is playing games.

River: So how much to bet here, I could bet/call it off or just shove and if villain has a set so beit. Or I can check behind - the least of my favourite options except open fold!
If I do bet, how much of the pot, 20bb maybe and don't fold?

Like your line so far and yeah the turn could be a little bigger to around 18bb.

River for me is a small bet fold to get called by 9x and over pairs. I'd go and make it 23bb and fold to a shove. Against weak recs I don't see them bluff c-r you on the river and is why I bet fold.

Bigger flop, bigger turn and go for 60-75% OTR. Maximum value v the fish.

Ye can't disagree with that and I thought the turn play was a bit weak.

As played I don't think we need to overjam river or anything. Probably around 60% pot with intention of folding vs jam.

With no reads I usually go around 1/3 pot on the river in this spot intending to fold to a raise.

You ask about not folding but surely by now you know river raises are nutted almost always in the micros, let alone when you c bet into multiple players and fire three barrels.One pair is never good no matter what the raise size if he comes over the top.

Just spotted that BB isn't full stacked so bigger than 1/3 pot would definitely be an improvement.
