I´m not sure how to defend vs squeezes like this.
What hands do you defend here?
I normally open around 19% from MP.

I don't think AJo is a call here, solid fold.

Against regs I'd prob be calling with PP mostly 88+ and AKo+, would sometimes call with AQs since we have position. Don't love calling with AQo or worse with a player left to act.

+1 to AJo being a fold here.

Pretty much spot on range from Harvie for what I'd use in this spot.

Cool

I think you play is fine. AJo for me will be either a 4bet bluff or a fold. Note that his squeeze is pretty small but I would start calling more suited type hands before I would call AJo.

My standard would be AQo+ and pocket pairs depending on the size of the squeeze. As villain's range gets wider I would add hands like JTs T9s and go from there.

Given that you opened from MP I would be very careful about 4 betting unless I had solid stats on villain.

I also agree it's a fold. You can also use this hand as 4bet bluff with top of the folding range blockers vs. particularly aggressive and squeeze happy opponents, but you certainly don't have to do that by default.
