As played, I don't think I would go for the triple barrel bluff with this hand. Just don't think you are getting enough folds after villain calls 2 streets on this runout. They probably have all the boats, not to mention, having the Ad and Kd you are blocking really hard the diamond draws that would call 2 streets and fold the river.

Not sure how I would play this. Think I would probably cbet flop, XC turn and XF river.

I have to agree with above. I am definitely slowing down on the turn and 100% check/folding river because we beat nothing but missed diamonds and we are not getting many better hands to fold.

We have the two cards that we want them to have after the board bricks out so after they call two streets we know they have at the bare minimum AJ, which I don't think they fold given the run out.

The main problem with going for a triple barrel bluff in this spot is the fact that you can't really size your bets in a way that puts enough pressure on medium strength hands by the river. Your line wasn't terrible by any means, you have a bunch of outs and the board texture is good, but even with those 1/2 pot flop and turn bets you can't save enough of your stack to put in a major bet on the river. This is why I'd be inclined to just slow down on the turn.
