Villain plays about 70% of hands and has a high but not crazy aggro.
his raise on the flop made me rule out tha hand he had... was this thoughtprozess to optimistic?

Honestly I don't hate just folding here on the flop. It's multiway in a limped pot so ranges are wide and can have connected in a variety of ways with this board. We're seeing a reasonable amount of action and if we do hit our implied odds when we make the best hand is poor. We're not closing the action so can get reraised off our hand without seeing a turn, we can be drawing to a chop, and occasionally we are up against a hand like 68 where we are in a world of hurt.
