This was one of those hands where i really didn't want to call his 4bet preflop
but i would feel foolish not to with those odds.
looking back at it i think my turn bet is way too small to get anything done.
i should probably just have check folded all the way through with that flop, right?

BTN: 100.3 BB
SB: 104 BB (VPIP: 20.00, PFR: 20.00, 3Bet Preflop: 10.00, Hands: 21)

Preflop looks fine to me.

As you said the turn bet accomplish nothing. We are in x/c or x/f mode. On the turn in this spot you want to either have clear VB or a clear bluff. So either something like AK for value or something like Ts9s as a bluff.

Preflop everything

3bet JJ on a board with 2 overcards suck....

I would pot controll over at least the first 2 streets and maybe call a riverbet (dependend on the runout) as you have a somewhat decent bluffcatcher...

Unfortunatly I think I would have made the turnbet as well. But analyzing your hand I wonder what can be accomplished... you get called by every better hand. The only thing you fold out is a very nitty KK.

On the long run the bigger mistake in my oppinion is not betting the river. Your flush story looks very solid to me on this runout. You have a heart so villain is less likely to have a flush. You dont even have to bet too big. Dont get me wrong you will lose money in this spot, but i think youll lose less when you keep betting. (Villain could have TT with a heart and as you did not bet turn his hand into a bluff)
