My plan on the flop was to x raise, however decided to call when villain bet pot as K6, 66, 22 are all in his range.

On the river I decided to bet for value. Looking at the hand now I think a much smaller donk bet would be a lot better. Also x folding maybe the best play vs a large river better as villain's never betting a worse hand for value (maybe K4) and he has very few bluffs.

Pre should be a raise or fold, don't like limping if the BB is a reg.

Post flop I would have lead the flop and bet 3 streets.

As played, on the river I'd rather c-c to pick off busted flushes, can't see to many hands we get value from other than 62, as I expect K9 and better to all raise pre.

My prefered line is Raise, bet, bet, bet. If we limp i would either bet or c/r flop. Donkbet river works if we plan to bet/call. We can never c/f if we decide to check since we will fold 100% of our range here.We have underrepper our handstrenght and there is tons of draws that miss.
And i think you are wrong saying he only VB K4+. I would personaly VB Jx plus in his shoes and for sure all Kx not sure the players on this limit do but he can for sure VB lots of Kx.

I don't mind the limp pre. I experimented with completing a fairly wide range after I found out I was isolating too wide, and the results were fine for suited combos, particularly with some high card value.

Absolutely no reason not to lead the flop though. You can bet three streets here on most run outs. As played the river lead looks weird and I would prefer a check call to target busted heart draws.
