On turn doesn't make a lot of sense to raise imo. Every hand that is behind is going to fold because u are showing a lot of strengh (Qx and even maybe fd since its a paired board) and if he as a A you prob going to get raised. I would just call turn to keep all the weak hands and the bluffs in his range and then evaluate river. Could go for a call if he bets small or even bet small if he checks to get value from KQ or QJ.

With no reads I like the flop check, and would probably look to call down unless villain bets particularly large.

By raising the turn you're just folding out all of his bluffs.

Betting the flop will still be +EV but the turn becomes tricky. If you check then can you call the river? Betting the turn for value might be too thin if villain has a limited number of Qx in his range.
