KQo should be a squeeze. I don't like overcalling offsuit hands ending up in a multiway pot.

What is his c bet history?

As played I think I'm calling. Even fish when they have showdown value take a check call line quite often with less than top pair.Especially in a 4 way pot. He might even do this with Ax, but now you've bet twice this is his only way to win the pot. His line doesn't look strong at all. I don't expect him to be getting tricky with a set or QT.

Call expecting some beans and some 2p type hands... maybe some sort of 68cc T6cc though I think he would play the 68cc more aggressively. Maybe turn more than 1/2 pot is better as he does have a number of draws in his range and giving him 3:1 to call is not enough I think.

I think you fold or raise it up vs that 17bb guy UTG. Don't like to call in this spot and be multiway with KQo.

River to me looks like a missed club draw trying to push you off before you get to act. I'd find a call here I guess.

It just looks a bit weird and nothing changed from the turn. So as it might feel not so great. I think his line looks too bluffy.
