I would cbet this board 100%, but would be cbetting small like 50% pot size.
In this hand I would fold to his turn raise as he will have some 5x, 98s, 88 and stronger 9x,
a hand like 76s is a straight so he can have pretty many value combos in my opinion.

Yes we should bet this hand on the flop. Think around 50% of the pot is good. If we you want some 9x in your back checking range its okay to check back 98s 97s bc then you block the hands we are trying to get called by like 88,77,98s,67s,87s etc and we will value cut us vs T9s.

I dont think you have the implied odds to call the turn if we are always behind. >

Like the flop c bet. Barreling the turn is good because you'll get floated by a lot of overcards at these stakes.Plenty of value to be had with top pair.

At 2NLwithout a solid read once you face a turn raise just fold your one pair hand. People just aren't bluffing enough after you bet twice and they can't be sure you'll lay it down if the come over the top. If he wants to bluff more often that not he will raise the flop.

I wouldn't open this hand preflop assuming I'm reading this hand history correctly and you were sitting in the middle position.

As played I'd say it's a simple case of 'baluga theorem' and vs. the majority of the player population at micro stakes you can't really continue on the turn when facing a raise. Sure, it might be correct to bluff catch vs. some players especially on paired board but most of the time you should get out of the way.
