Hero bets 9 BB, UTG raises to 29 BB, fold, Hero calls 20 BB

...

Well, first of all I know that the Preflop call is snappy and I'm working on that Smile

However, UTG raises with roughly 20% of his hands, let's assume that's 150 to 180 combinations from UTG. Her range may be something like [AA-88, AK-AT, KQ, QJ + a few suited KJ, maybe 77-55 etc]. Don't know much about the button.

Then comes this 999 flop and she checks. I do not think that this is a move she'd do with QQ-88 because chances are worse hands get a freeroll to an overcard. So she may have rockets, or non-pocket-pair hands of the given range or the missing 9.

Then comes the king, i check with the intention to check-raise but everyone checks behind. Would UTG do so with AK or Kx? She has an Aggression Frequency of 67 and an Aggression Factor of 9. Maybe, if she has the best hand now it's likely to do so on the river, so she may want to induce a bluff from anyone on the river, so maybe with AK (as she does not have to fear an ace on the river).

I value bet my Full House for 9 bets and and UTG overbets the pot. Given she'd do that with AK and AA and of course the nine and sometimes with air, i'm on a tie with AK, but does that already give me +EV? Can I assume she turns lower pocket pairs into a bluff or overplays jacks (it's microlimits)?

Is a call okay? Could i have avoided the situation by straightforward betting the turn (e.g. wrapping the King OOP vs 2 opponents would've been tougher to raise).

She showed up aces.

Pre: As you mentioned already this is too loose vs an UTG open.

Flop: Checking here seems fine, I wouldn't expect to get a massive amount of folds on this board as almost all PP's are going to peel at least one, some strong Ax may also come along and see a turn.

Turn: I like checking here, not with the intention of check raising though. If we check raise we are telling people exactly what we have and allowing them to play perfect poker against us. By checking we encourage bluffs and by check calling we may pick up some extra chips by the river.

River: Seems fine to me, I've never folding here and betting first yourself is mandatory.

Pre might be a tad loose, but it's multiway and we close the action so it can't be terrible.

On the turn I would just lead out. Many players at these stakes will just try and showdown a small pocketpair rather than value bet it. If you bet though, they will call you down a decent amount.

As played I would hero fold the river. I've called enough off these off over the years to know it's almost always going to be 9x or JJ or a badly played KK.
