We can call at least to re-evaluate on the river.

In limped pots if you lead out, most villains who open limped will float you with a super wide range with tons of overcard combos. Here this includes a fair few Qx combos.

On the river if he bets again it's a pot odds decision. Calling again for a normal bet size can't be bad against such a player. That said I'd be concerned if he bombs it and might find a fold against a pot sized bet.

With such pot odds and your holdings calling is almost your only option here.
Your hand is obvly not strong enough to raise and its too strong to fold.
The "real spot" of this hand should be on river, as in which cards we are folding or x/calling.

I'm a little rusty on my HU play but I think this is a shove.

I assume his range is super wide. The board texture is crazy wet meaning there should be a ton of legitimate draws in his range. He can also play TP type hands this way to charge your draws extra (although with a minraise that's pretty bad). Your 2 pair should be doing great.

It gets more complicated the deeper stacks get but with 60bb starting stacks a shove should be good.
