Iso as standard. Should go 5x actually but my HUD was in a terrible spot as just started on new site so missed the SB flat as stats were in the way.

Bet flop as standard with nice hand and get min raise. Bit odd to min raise there but never folding with OESD and BDFD even on the paired board.

Bink and check it to the raiser. Min bet is weird and I normally treat it as a check. I should raise but I'm concerned he has boats or nothing and if I check raise turn I get no value or owned by 76, 75, 66, 55.

7x or overpair I can't see taking this line after raise on the flop, but they might if a fish, or it might be 43, 84s, 98 for the split, 88 maybe even a flush draw like AdKd?

River obviously super sucks.

I guess river is a fold now and the big mistake is not raising the turn.

You'll absolutely get value out of worse if you raise turn. A7 K7 Q7 J7 T7 97 87 are a TON of combos relative to full houses. There are other hands you get value out of too like 8x or other pairs that feel like being sticky.

Your hand is close enough to the nuts that you should pile money into the pot until villain gives you a reason not to. I would continue betting turn. If you do decide to check turn it should almost exclusively to be to x/r rather than x/c since you're still doing amazing against his range. His minbet could really be anything. If he minbets, gets raised and then 3bets you can start to worry but that should happen a very small % of the time and it should also be done with some bare 7x. Only calling a minbet here on turn is pretty criminal.

Yeah the check to the raiser was to X/r. I can't continue betting though, I got raised on the flop so would be donking turn.

Then I got all confused by the min bet. I normally treat them as checks and react accordingly. Here I thought all the 7x is surely betting there after raising. What checks back?

Should have just turned off brain and followed my actual plan. X/r and call it off. If X/r and call would then likely find a fold on the river.

Absolutely agree with KDJ that the turn was played poorly. Pre and flop I think are both pretty straightforward, I don't hate checking on the flop with the intention of check raising, and vs the min bet that is exactly what I am going to do. Villain has shown us that they are probably not the best of players with their general line so it's likely that they will overvalue all sorts of hands here and we can get oodles of value.

As played on the river I just sigh and fold. Barring some ludicrous overcards bluffing here our hand is now toast.

Even though you say villain is unknown his limp pre,flop min raise, and turn min bet should be conclusive evidence that he's a fish. As soon as I see players behaving like this when I have a hand all I'm thinking of is max value.

If that's the case we can assign him no end of 7x combos for trips only and value raising is mandatory. I know we're worried if he comes back over the top but TBH when they look this bad I'm still going with it for 100bb
