I'd definitely aggressively defend pre-flop against a guy with 12% 3bet... if it was confirmed 12%. 63 hands is a very small sample size and at NL10 you can easily fold 98s in this spot against most regs and not be exploited. As played, you obviously don't have enough equity to value raise this and I don't know if your average 3betting reg has enough bluff combos in their range to justify the bluff. Overall, I feel like your line could have some merit if you knew the villain was an aggressive 3bettor, but as default, it's a big overplay given the stakes.
