Is there a question here? I would 4b a little bigger than just doubling his bet. As played I play it the same way. He has pot behind on the flop.

If you made the preflop sizing a little bigger this spot would be even more straightforward, but yeah you can't really do anything else than to put your chips in with a pot size bet left.
