Do you call the River Raise? All FD draws missed, he could be bluffing and he could be value raising lower 2Pair he made on the River?! And KQ makes little sense given his line, except KhQh and even this hand is not always calling on the flop. Therefore Call? Or still FOLD? Thank you guys!

In this spot yes and feel coolered a little bit if they have KQcc and did not raise flop but waited for river. The bet on the turn should restrict their range from a lot of gutters KQ/89 except specifically KQcc and 89cc also 77 would likely raise flop or turn given how wet board is particularly turn given your sizing.

I would expect that often enough they have some value hand that beats us but this is an off line for it on a wet board and we only need them to be raising worse around 30% (bluffs or worse 2 pair).

If you think that this is purely a value raise then you need to work out what they would need to have to be raising the river that allows for you to be good 30% of the time then see if that is a realistic range. Ex. 2x combos 77 1x combo of AT as a simple example gives us the 30% we need to call.

I have been drinking and fixing the house today give me a nudge if this doesnt make sense Yes

Small sample but I don't think people are bluffing you on the river when you 3 barrel all that often at this level, I mean I would not want to bluff raise you here as the FD missed and you can have 2 pair +.

My default line here would be to check call the river giving them a chance to bet their bluffs. I'm not sure which hands we get value from by betting the river as all 1 pair hands are folding imo.

I would bet/fold this river vs this sizing and make a crying call vs a much smaller raise.

I think most players that want to bluff missed draws at this level aren't going for the checkraise, they're more often just betting out big and closing their eyes.

This is the microstakes, where rivers often go check/check in spots where stronger players at higher limits go for thinner value and get raised by their peers that can go for these lines as a bluff more because they know more thin value bets are likely.

A common problem lots of microstakes players make is expecting players in their games to be capable of the things they see in training videos etc but for the most part, they're not and they're just playing their hands relatively straight forward.
