So is this a clear 3bet. I started to question even 3betting this vs UTG. Secondly, is this x/f ok. This board just felt like it smacks his 3 bet calling range and this was what appeared to be a pretty decent reg. only 25 hands so no real significant stats. Other than being 35/35/16 which is a tad high, but entirely possible.

not much wrong in flatting pre sometimes ,though against unknowns its more a 3bet then flat

You played the hand fine. Giving up on that flop is fine as it hits their range, against an unknown I'd sometimes bet once and give up to fold smaller PP and to avoid getting bluffed on the turn river from other high card hands.

BB call but in the SB dedo 3b. Why are we not cbetting flop?! We block AA and KQ and it hits are 3b range harder than his calling range. Get all his pp and axs to fold with 55% bet.

Sorry meant we block AQ**

In this case I go for the cbet 1/2 pot.

When action goes chk/chk/chk we just give our opponent free riegn to bet us off with virtually any two, we've all dont it ourselves yes?

Simplyl put, a bit passive from imo is all.

Think we can delay cbet turn here and possibly barrel some rivers.

I agree with what cookie is saying , i think id be cbetting that flop, 1/2 pot gets the job done. I think the 3bet pre is fine from the SB,you can flat it more often from the BB imo vs EP raises.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Yeah, I thought it was a tad passive. i was having a bad day with AK. Every time I had AK I was missing flops and having to give up, cbet's or not. A little bit of monsters under the bed syndrome, immediately thinking he's got QQ or Jx, so didn't even feel like my A or K would be good if they hit so felt like I was only drawing for the straight. A bit drastic I know, but something that happens to me here and there

Wow, isn't the english language great. Er... how would I know!? Doh!

Anywayzzzz, I've had enough days like that to know when it's time to take a little break of 30 minutes or so when I feel like that, otherwise it may affect your play overall. Say it happens three hands in a row then there's a raise from bloody utg again and we hold AK in SB...fk me wtf should I do, call for 'safety', 3bet/fold...get the money in if I can? Ye, but he's utg and... and... and...

Sit out and have a nice cup of tea. Easy game. Clap
