Why wouldn't you bet the turn? i would bet for value if the fd of fh would come. But as he is tight, maybe 50% pot

Pre: If villain is a tight reg I would not mind folding this hand outright but three betting it seems OK too.

Flop: I definitely like checking back here, we are never getting three streets of value here so by checking back we control the pot size very effectively and utilise our positional advantage. If we have the best hand then villain only has 2 outs at most to improve so the risk of checking back is slim.

Turn: I would like to see a small value bet here, somewhere in the region of 50% pot. He can have a decent chunk of PP's that will pay us off so we should be looking to maximise our value.

River: I like your size here as played, we will rarely have an A here so I like making our line look as bluffy as possible. If we ha bet turn then I would like betting here again but I would not be going for a pot size bet as it looks less bluffy as a second barrel.

Even though villain is tight he should still be wide enough from the CO to include bluffs from combos which can make strong hands.

Flop check back looks good to pot control and induce a turn bluff. I would be intending to call the turn and fold the river to a tight player unless we improve.

On the turn I'm betting this card as it looks to him that we're repping nothing and can control the bet size, I can't see any reason to prefer inducing again from a player we know is tight.

I like the big size on the river as played. After checking twice he's not going to give us much credit for an ace so making it look desparate is probably the good idea.
