Villain seems pretty tight passive and is opening UTG so I wouldn't be squeezing AQo against them. Flop and turn look good. I might just bet the river for 1/2 pot when you get to it this way. AQ should be best an overwhelming majority of the time unless villain hit river. You'll get called by any Ax that pot controlled the turn and maybe some Kx as well.

As played yep call the river. I still expect AQ to be best a ton but I don't know how many hands will be continuing vs a raise. Also looking at your range here I'm guessing you have a ton of straights some sets and 2 pair so AQ falls relatively low in there.

I would still usually go for the squeeze pre unless villain's raise first in stat is particularly tight. A lot of these 20/12 types have a low PFR because they're too tight in late position but not necessarily from EP and MP.

Float flop is standard, and once he checks the turn I would still go for a very small value bet expecting calls from hands such as KQ KTs and any small Axs in his range. Definitely not folding to his bet as played.

Preflop I also would opt for a squeeze here over the flat call. Villain seems reasonably nitty but AQ still seems like a fine hand to squeeze with to me.

As played I don't do anything different on the flop, check calling seems good. When we improve to top pair on the the turn I would for the another check call which is what I assume you're plan is if villain had bet.

As played I would be betting the river myself. Probably in the region or $1.20. As played here never considering anything but a call after villain bets for us. A raise would be a pretty significant overplay, despite us having the best hand here a ton.
