Looks totally standard to me.

Defending a 3 bet OOP from UTG against such a tight player is pretty close to a set mine. It may even be possible to fold the turn. If he wants to bluff, more often than not he'll just c bet the flop. The usual situation where we only beat bluffs and never expect him to bluff worse often enough.

As for his stats, I would say the 16/10 is going to be more representative than the 6% 3 bet which takes longer to converge.

Pre: Seems perfect to me.

Flop: Checking here seems good with the intention of check folding this hand OOP, we will definitely be folding the best hand sometimes but against a seemingly nitty opponent trying to play these types of hands OOP will be very tricky.

Turn: Interesting spot after villain has checked back. After flop has gone C/C I think we must call here.

River: Check folding now seems fine after villain has double barreled. Nice hand from both you and villain IMO.
