I think its standard for most people in the micros to raise these hands from what i have seen , i'm not convinced it's the best play though. I mean o'k we are fine getting the money in and gambling here , but with top pair and the draw why do we need to raise ? Your not scared of a flush hitting. If you get jammed on they aren't going to have QT.

I think your flop raise is good because of the small bet size. It's a raise for value rather than anything to do with your flush draw.

Against a normal bet calling would be standard, there's no need to be semi bluffing when we have top pair.
