Pre is standard 3bet for me vs MP. BB overcalling is not a lot of fun for me. When the flop comes A high with not really any draws I'm in check call mode, betting is just a recipe for getting stacked by AJ.

Turn is a nice card and gives me the flush draw as well and I get the bet. Feels like raising could be possible but feel like I've enough equity to make the call IP. If I was OOP I guess a check raise makes more sense but I still think I'd be passive.

River again feels like a clear check back given nothing I don't beat is going to fold.

I think your line is fine, my only issue would be pre flop, I don't like 3betting light against new players who may be fish (200bb so looks regish), could get ourselves in a lot of tough spots with marginal hands. Against regs with ranges we can better qualify I think it's fine.

I'd take the same line.

I don't mind the 3 bet pre against an unknown when we have position. If he's bad then we can end up with some value, and can pot control effectively if needed. Like Harvie says versus a reg it's a super standard hand type to 3 bet bluff with.

I'm with Harvie on this one. While it's obviously not terrible I don't like this 3bet vs. MP as default. As for the post flop, I might be tempted to go for like a super thin river value bet but only vs. confirmed recreational

I like your line as well.

Love the flop check. 3 way with a weak ace you want to control the size of the pot as much as possible.

Turn I think is standard.

Since the flop and turn are 3-way most players continuing ranges will be tighter and therefore going for thin value on the river is less attractive. It's also a spot where 3 way I don't think many players will go for value with worse than TP on the turn so villain should be fairly polarized. Betting river doesn't get any extra value against his bluffs that game up and since you have the worst kicker on your Ax you lose or chop with all of him.

Preflop is clearly fine here imo.

Flop check is reasonable. I might be tempted to bet 25% of the pot or something.

Postflop plan is to call turn and then fold river. Facing river check I doubt we have a profitable value-bet. The only reason why we might bet the flop is because of the protection element. On the river we just check back and take our showdown. Hand seems ok overall.
