Pre standard. Flop bet for value vs Jx and draws, maybe some PP between 4 and J. Get raised so I'm thinking clubs, 65, maybe A5 or A2 and sets. Happy to call there. A turn is not ideal but its not lots of his range so call again. River completes 65 but FD bricks.

Triples always nuts and just give it up? I know he can have missed clubs but does anyone really raise and triple as a bluff?

I'm folding turn here, never calling river. If it's SBvBB then maybe I'd call turn but MPvBB his range is going to be strong here. Even if he has missed clubs, which I think is not enough to justify a call, a lot of those are probably AcXc so that's also beating you

Villain is repping seriously strong still betting that river and bombing the A turn. Although this should be a set or top 2 pair really but I still think it is a fold.

Calling the flop raise is standard these days, but some of his flop bluffs will be Ax and 65 just got there as well, so I'm folding the turn.

The usual advice about triple barrels applies here. It's just never a bluff often enough if they're never value betting worse.

Flop standard call imo. Turn call seems understandable ( i prob fold if he bets like $2-2.50). River looks like a fold to me as ppl usually bet a bigger size if they are bluffing with their missed draws and also they dont tend to bluff this river enough to call with KK.
Side note: You blocked KJ and now you are only beating QJ ( which ppl dont usually x/r), also those hands rarely tri barrel.

The flop raise we can't fold because this does include some nut draws. HOWEVER the turn is actually pretty bad as it hit one of those nuts draws as a pair and we don't block anything like that. The AcXc in the back of my mind just makes it too difficult to continue on the river.
