Seems player dependent this one, against a decent reg I'm not sure what they call our turn bet without unless he perceives us as a fish or bad that we beat asides from maybe 99.

However don't think you got all that many options on the turn given the SPR.

I assume your plan was to bet the flop large and to shove safe turns?

I would say the 3b is too wide but not bad. Higher expectation by calling because utg+2's range should be strong

maybe check the riv. Cause he can only call with 77 and 99 that we beat everything else in his range beats us

It did feel pretty thin, I guess 3-betting probably left me with not many options post flop and flatting was probably better, but I agree it's either or. I sort of felt flatting would make post flop pretty difficult given the players behind were peeling very light, but I essentially isolated the decent reg and forced out the value :/

In a live 1/1 game i'm pretty much 3 betting suuuper linearly, unless v opponent specific. (IE massive whale making it 15 pre with 80% or something)

TT is a call pre pretty much 100% in this spot imo, esp if you have the guy noted as a dece ish reg.

We play super well vs their opening range, and really fucking terribly against their 4b range so it's a clear overcall, yes we're not a huge fan of it going a million ways but TT doesn't play super bad post even multiway and its a live 1/1 game, we obv get the lot when we pin the set.

After we 3b, yeah the rest of the hand does seem pretty thin, I mean maybe check back, bet bet, or something would be better on such a dry flop? But imo the biggest mistake in the hand is the 3b pre.
