For my default defense range I have 64s as a defend. My default is somewhere between 30% and 40%, depending on raise size. You only have 25 hands on villain so hard to know if that 13% PFR is really how tight he is. If in fact, he is stealing that tight then idk maybe it's a fold pre, but still think I would defend it.
Post flop: you need about 44% EQ to make the call. If you are up against only 22, 44, 66 and 53s then you are crushed (~15% eq) and should fold, but I doubt that you are. If villain will shove with just one over pair, like TT or JJ, then you get close to a call. If villain will do this with 2 overpairs like TT AND JJ then you have a call. If villain will jam anything more than that, like all overpairs, FDs, pairs + draws, then it is a snap call. So really depends on what you think villain is capable of.
IMO, from what I have seen on the sites I play and videos of coaches playing on iPoker, there are a fair amount of guys that would jam this raise with overpairs a good percentage of the time, so i think I would be snapping this off as well.
