I am never sure how to act when i get reraised on a flop like this. In this hand I am very strong but will still lose if a club hits. Should I reraise him on the flop?
What if I have a "weaker" hand like AA-TT on this flop and get raised?

Depending on how deep you both are, peeling a good turn can be better. This board is good as a lot of his raising range is clubs and sets still bang non-club turns.

I would not be wanting to take a $2.26 pot and turning it into a $50 pot on the flop. WP as played. It does depend on how villain will play position. In this spot, similar to another hand earlier, they should realise you have a made hand and are not folding and check back turn to realise their equity. They effectively risked $15 into a $10 pot on the turn with ~ 18% against your range when they could have checked it back got a river and played from there.

If this deep a lot of their range is clubs you can call on the flop check call turn and fold rivers depending on the runout and their bet sizes. I now days prefer to think in SPR (Stack to pot ratio) rather than BBs. Here SPR postflop is $27.75/2.25 = 12 which is significant. With SPR this high if you get it in you should expect to be into A4cc 64cc 46dd etc. a reasonable amount.

Given this, you putting it in on the flop with 2nd nuts here is likely also a mistake. Fade an out against his range and punish him on the turn putting a lot in with a draw. Wp. Perhaps a bit lucky he bet but given an aggressive line with something that is very likely a FD / set you played it right as you can expect an aggressive player to bet this turn, a balanced player to check it back, and a passive player to not raise the flop with FDs.

Hope this helps.
