This guys doesn't look crazy or anything. You might even find that the best play here is just to hero-fold flop. We don't as of yet know how often he is bluff-raising, and even his bluffs will play well against the type of holding we have on the turn and river.

It's close enough that you might have actually taken the best line vs the specific opponent, but with no super great reads I would just assume the guy is more passive than he is supposed to be.

I don't mind folding the flop being OOP. Without a solid read on villain's bluff raise frequencies it's unlikely he's doing it with air often enough for it to ever make you much money.

Against some villains I would take exactly the line you did as we know micro players don't 3 barrel much at all. It's just we're saving money versus most opponents by accepting we're exploitable but people won't exploit us a whole lot anyway.

I also agree with folding this on the flop especially OOP vs a guy with 0.7 AF.
