NL30-Snap, KJo

He looks strong when he calls my iso and my cbet.
My plan was to checkcall a halfpotbet on the turn but he makes it bigger so I checkfolded.
Villain is a 22/19 Tag.

Looks good, I might even check back the flop as our hand is really not that strong and we can't really get too many streets. Bloating the pot to hero call rivers is nothing something I want to do with KJ here either.

Turn I'd be folding, really don't see too many bluffs betting into two players in a already bloated pot.

Not keen on the hand choice pre flop. There's plenty of stronger combos that we can use for our bluff range in addition to the hands which play well as calls or 3 bets. Villain is short stacked as well which makes me want to stay away from a trouble hand such as KJo.

Here are what I'm playing right now.

As played, when we 3 bet MP vs UTG it looks super strong so c betting on this board is super thin even when heads up. I'd much prefer a check back to pot control, and to induce bluffs into his range. With two other players in the pot it's likely they could even get away from QJs you're looking so strong.

Turlock, there was a limp from UTG, not a raise. And I was in CO. So I iso-raised.

Yeah preflop looks good.

If the plan after cbetting and getting called is to x/f then I'd much prefer checking flop. I'd call the turn though I'll admit I'm not thrilled about it. This seems like a spot that would be hard for villain to overbluff simply because there aren't that many bluffs he can have after calling flop. By the same logic it can be pretty easy for villain to underbluff. There's basically JT, T9 and whatever combos of AJ AT villain doesn't 3bet or fold preflop.

Without a solid read saying he'll bluff too much or too little I default to not folding what I assume is the top of your range.

Oops! My apologies.

There's probably more 10NL hands posted than all the rest together, I was still stuck in that mode.

@Turlock maybe I have asked before, I don´t remember. What limit do you play at the moment? And how is it going?

Up to 2012 I was playing 100NL on Euro sites with 50NL as my main game. Since then I've been living in Thailand full time and haven't made an attempt to play higher than the micros. Mainly donking around in the micro Zoom pools to cover my spends whilst sat on the beach enjoying a pina colada!

With the lack of work and only a little coaching I'm almost certainly not strong enough to play the stakes I did any longer, but feel more than comfortable at 25NL these days. Those stakes should still be easily beatable for a decent clip with plenty of study by any of the forum regs I see day in day out here.

Until last week I hadn't barely played a hand since November but decided to stick $30 on my Stars account for a bankroll challenge to see where I fit in these days. If you're playing a lot and interested in doing some work PM me your Skype. I'm happy to help and do sweats when I'm free.

@Pwll@colly191091 I'll tag you guys in as well if you're interested. You both probably post more than anybody else and are clearly working hard at it.
