I would fold the flop, all you beat is a random flush draw and he is raising 3x, most players tend not to play draws this hard, esp tag/nit players, would i be right in guessing he had a flopped set? thats what i would range him on most of the time, sometimes he does this with AT but i see nothing you beat here (even if he does this with AK/AQ you are behind and after he barrels the turn, all the flush draws he was semi bluffing with hit, so again i would fold

Full-ring this looks like a trivial fold on the flop, we can't really carry and feel good on any turn with J kicker. Turn is an turbo muck as every flush beats us and we are now holding the bottom-ish of our range.

You shouldn't fold to every raise at micros, but the truth of the matter is that most villains will be loose-passive and heavily unbalanced towards value in this sort of spots so there's nothing wrong with folds that might be considered exploitable in the vacuum.
