Villain is not a rock, but on the nitty side. Is my play correct against this guy on flop and turn? What about the river when it pairs?

I think this is fine. Given his stack size on river there is not much else you can do playing out of position. If you check he is not really bluffing rivers but checks back a large percentage of the time with hands that will be calling off to a river shove. Potentially you could go a little bigger on the turn checkraise but this is not really a problem as it does not affect stacks going in on the river.

If you had position on him, he bet turn you raised and he called, then he jammed this river, would you be folding?

Perfect line, can't really x-f the river with that SPR, I'd just go ahead and shove and hope they call with hands that they would otherwise check behind.

Line looks good.

With villain's tight opening range from MP QJs might be a loose call though. It's probably loose vs a standard TAG range
