Did you have any hearts ? don't know how spew check raising the flop with a heart in your hand is might be ok to jam on hearts on future streets especially if you have the Ah. Depends what you seen him call oop ? depends if hes calling sc'ers oop or more broadway cards that would of had a flush draw.

Hero is IP and in 4bp not sure what hand you're seeing lol.

I wouldn't be 4betting always pre but will do at least 25% of the time. I'd probably be more inclined to check otf tho. Like we block AA and KK OK but he ships those pre, we block AQs, AK so the hands we want him to have and fold are a smaller part of his range. What is your worse 4b bluffs here? Guessing like kjo maybe Qjo? These make better bluffs post as we block JJ/QQ and not so many AK/AQ combos.

I wouldn't be heroing the river no but I also don't check any part of my range OTT once I cbet flop. I would shove QQ+ and probably my chosen bluff combos.

As played, I let it go. Heck, even some of his bluffs (AK), we're only chopping. And the only non-PP hand most V's could have is AK-AJhh, KQhh I guess, that's a small range. Plus he has to assume your range is mostly PP, so even though you showed weakness ott, you still have a strong range, and he's firing anyway. (I mean, we're not always folding TT/JJ here, right?)
