i like c-c F , c-f T . i don't think you will fold anything with c-r in this situation and that board hit better his calling range Ax, and the only nut hand you got is kjs 1 combo and 67d,78d -2 combo .

Don't like the flop bet, expecting to get raised quite a lot of hands that beat us and I don't really want to call with only the NFD. Turn I'd check fold, don't think we are folding any value hands by shoving over their bet, their turn bet looks like a hand that isn't going anywhere and I don't expect AK or better to be fold if we shove.

Dont want to missout on our equity if we get shoved on so i would c/c flop. Most likely call the turn if he doesnt size to big.

Check calling in these spots might seem a bit transparent but it doesn't really matter as the ranges got narrow. Check/calling with second pair type hands is good for your overall range.

As played turn play seem way overaggressive given the stack to pot ratio.
