Villain: 29/23. (1k hand)
3b:10,3.
BTN RFI: 44.
FCB IP: 77. / TCB IP: 38(21). RCB IP: 100(3).
Flop bet v missed cb: 80(10).
Turn bet v missed cb: 57(7).
River bet v missed cb: 33(3).

He was really active any of his tables.
I raised his cbet ip and oop couple of times.
He likes to bet ip after I check.
Thoughts?

Turn is close to a fold or a bet/fold. Betting to get value from over pairs and two pair, only ever expect to get raised by 9x.

River is a c-f, we don't really beat much asides from an overpair turning their hand into a bluff (I think they check back with these hands).

Flop looks standard

I like the turn check. He makes the bet big but it's not certain you're beat, and you obv have plenty of outs. He's been aggressive towards checks so far so calling would be fine.

River is a check fold. If villain bet the turn with showdown value that isn't a straight then he'll almost always check back the river.
