Pre I think is standard. On the flop vs small bet and with draws possible I think its ok to call closing the action.

Turn gin and I check raise small. I'm really not keen on this now. At the time I was thinking I could get some calls from 7x, T8 or some NFD hands but in hindsight I think am I really getting anymore money I wouldn't have got by calling and putting my raise in on the river, especially if a heart drops. I may just be isoing myself vs the nuts, and scaring weaker value hands away from putting chips in on the river.

As played river bet I think is mandatory.

This deep we can make the turn bigger to about $3 because I don't see anyone getting away from 7x or a a few strong heart draws 200b.

River I'd have gone 70-80% pot too. I'm never a fan of betting small to get ranges in at the micros, I'm all for betting big with value hands to maximize value as this is how we move up.

I'd be very tempted to make a big raise versus those stack sizes on the turn to at least what Harvie suggested. I t looks very like someone has a 7x on the turn and will be going nowhere soon to any bet size.
If they call the raise on the turn I'm all in on the river. I'm not thinking I'll only iso myself versus a stronger range because if that's so why bother to call the flop in the first place?
I'm looking to go broke here and lovin' it.

Flop is going to be pretty marginal after BTN calls the cbet. Can probably even just fold-flop at these limits. Turn check-raise is fine, but we are deep against the BTN and should be raising larger and betting slightly bigger on the river as a result.
