Villain pots flop

When they 3b pre and pot flop IMO they have to have connected in some way with sidecards / have nut or near nut flushdraw etc. I should be able to raise flop and get it in here almost always. Any credibility to call flop and evaluate / get away from heart turns if they pot pot flop and turn?

You are right on the money with your read that he usually is connected in some way here. So when we have the nuts we want to raise to either get him to call with that FD or get him to fold tons of EQ. Not a good plan to just call to get away when scary cards come.

And if he actually missed completely and he has naked AAxx or pure bluff he is probably just giving up one the turn OOP. So just get it in

only time I would consider calling here is if I am up against complete manic and I am sure he will pot bluff turn

He is never going to barrel as a bluff on the turn if he missed, raise flop to get it in
