PLO4 KhKsJhJs facing 4bet

Microgaming - €0.04 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

MP: 95.5 BB
CO: 150 BB
Hero (BTN): 100 BB
SB: 105 BB
BB: 281.75 BB
UTG: 95.5 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has KJJK
fold, MP calls 1 BB, CO raises to 4.5 BB, Hero raises to 16 BB, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to 50.5 BB, Hero ?

Don't have many hands on Co but so far his overall AF is 3.0 with a pfr of 18 and hasn't folded to a 3bet yet.

My play here would be to get it in but I'm thinking that might be overplaying my hand. He has all aces in his range, along with kings, maybe some queens and some rundowns. What do you guys think, fine to get it in with premium kings at this limit against an aggressive opponent?

Can't see myself calling the 4bet or just calling his first raise with premium kings like this.

Folding is not an option here. Even if u think he has AA 100% of the time u still have to call since u have around 40% vs random aces

I do not think "some queens" here; this is all AAxx, great KKxx which we block, and depending on your tendencies some broadway runs which we again block. There are players that will 4b 89TJ type runs, and hands as wide as AK45ds, but we need reads they do this. I would expect AAxx here almost always as the KKJJ significantly blocks the alternatives. It may feel wrong, but it is ok to 3b fold KK in plo even good KK. In this specific spot we are 60/40 vs all AAxx combos. I think if we 5b it in we put 84bb in to win 202.5bb before rake so we need like 42%, which is real close. I would be thinking in this spot to just get it in. If we are certain they have AAxx calling is possibly an option. From propokertools we flop 50% equity dead on 30% of the time, but whether playing postflop we realise this equity or not, or have situations where we fold to their flop bets when we shouldn't is another question to consider. I think if we call we have to call off on all flops where we have an overpair and some backdoors, backdoor + gutter; TsTh3c we have 25%, 5s9cTd 33% etc.
