No this is a fold. 1:3 roughly on a call he needs to have a total airball 25% of the time which villain doesnt.

Its hard when we dont even beat all his bluffs. He can bluff with a higher pair for example. Mor inclined to bet turn than to cc since it will be hard to get to SD with cc.

This is all my opinion but there are a number of errors in this hand.

The 3b pre is not strong. You are a bit over 150 BB deep and all this 3b does is bloat the pot out of position with a mediocre hand. You have no real nuttish flush draws and are out of position. The 3b pre does not reduce the number of streets you play. Call pre and play a small pot with a connected hand and the nut spade blocker.

As played, the flop should not be checked. They are folding a lot of their hands to you continuing here and almost all those hands would have some decent equity against you or even have you crushed. Bet folding on the flop is not bad as if they raise we have beans anyway so bet folding does not forfeit equity. If they are creative enough to float we can improve some turns and elect to check call or continue.

Were you on the button and wanting to isolate a bad player the 3b pre is good. You can own their soul and their money.
