Villain:27/15 3b:3 in 2k hands.Cbet flop:51 Cbet Turn:56 WTSD:30
I expect to face a cbet a lot from draws and TPTK,TPGK,Two pairs, sets a lot on turn. When I faced river bet I decided to go for check raise. Is it good line to check raise here against this villain type.I assume I'll have sets sometimes with this play,KJ and AT,AQ type of hands with that line.Comments appreciated.

I'd be folding this hand pre flop vs a UTG open, we are going to get reverse implied odds often as we'll be up against AJ. AQ KQ and the like. QJs looks like but does not play well OOP vs a UTG range.

I also don't like the river check raise given the FD bricked, I'd just be x-f here without further reads. Who knows if they can even fold AK on the river here.

It's vs MP, but a fold pre regardless. I'd call vs fish tho.

River is train wreck.

I also wouldn't call this preflop out of position vs a tight opponent. As played, I think you picked the worse option. Hard to say if calling or folding is better. I'd be more inclined to fold vs. 15% PFR player though I can see calling being good vs. many other players given how the turn played out.

His UTG and MP raising range 20 and 25.I didn't think calling would be disaster against his range.I thought I should have some value hands as well which can play with this line.I was thinking he probably has some kind of single A combination like AK,AJ,A9s etc. and trying to get to fold.My play would make sense I assume but I'm worried about to play this kind of lines against these villain types which will have %30+ WTSD.

I don't think trying to get players to fold TP here will be the best option, and if you don't think he has TP a lot then calling should be better than raising. I also think it's really hard to rep a strong hand here since many players will be checkraising both sets and draws on this flop. On the bright side he might now give you a missed flush draw very often but the downside is he won't give you credit for KJ.

I'll echo the calls for a fold pre. It's too much of a trouble hand against a tight opening range. Here's what I'm defending currently.

As played you have a +EV check fold because he will check behind some worse showdown value. You're only repping 4 combos of taking the line you did. Tough to get enough folds from a player with these stats.

Which hands to 3bet in this range?

@OnuRonaldo KK+ for value and the suited connectors in red as bluff combos. All the blue stuff is a call for me against an unknown player.

This is not for keeping to rigidly, adjust to any reads you have. i.e 3 betting a known loose passive calling station OOP with 54s will be a disaster. Like wise not 3 betting the same player for value with AK QQ is missing out on too much value.

I'm fine calling this, but will depend in your postflop ability.

River is an absolute disaster!!!!

You can't have sets :') you x/r them all OTF, same with two pair and some kj combos. You value bet Ax and rivered two pairs so this makes very little sense... no.1 rule I use atm when bluffing is "think hat hands you are trying to get to fold.... if you are trying to get a good hand to fold then dont"
