review videos?

Posted 7 years ago

Wasn't sure if this was a suitable place but here we go anyway.

Do we still have video recording thing here? I think it's screen o matic or something similar?

If so, is it still possible to 'borrow it' and make a video for review or are they no longer done?

I tired getting my own but I'm a fish and they always want paid for anything except basics.

Thanks. Yes

TPB Camtasia or Movavi Screen Capture ... I have used both and they work well. I found it useful to record sessions then watch them back again and have used this software for recording sweat sessions with and for people.

Ok tried obs but couldnt read the numbers onscreen the quality was so bad. It also said is was overloaded and to try some whatever thing but being the fish I am I have no clue what it's talking about.

Next: Movavi Screen Capture.

Thanks for the advice by the way peeps. Smile

i don't know much about OBS, but if it came out blurry, i would imagine you have to adjust something in the settings. Maybe the resolution is set too low, or there is this downscale thing. Might want to make sure that it is recording into MP4 as well. Maybe if it is set to some other format it is coming out bad quality

If you have a fairly recent dedicated graphics cards you can also use the tool included with the driver to capture the screen like Nvidia Shadowplay or Radeon's ReLive. If not and you're looking for something that's light on the computer resources I think a software called CamStudio was among the least demanding ones for the job.
